The Accounting Department
Manage the general accounting with the following details:
- Opens a bank account in the name of the "CCA", and is granted authority to effect payments on behalf of "CCA". The bank account will be controlled and operated by the Treasurer and will reflect all transactions and payments.
- Maintain Membership fee control and invoicing and receivables;
- Prepare the Financial Statements using generally accepted accounting principles for the Auditors;
- Register the Audited Financial Statements with the "Registre du Commerce".
Prepare the yearly budget for approval by the Board of Directors, and follow-up monthly.
